How quickly do you process orders?

  • Orders are packed and dispatched on business days (Mon–Fri), excluding holidays.
  • Most leave our facility within 1-3 business days of being placed.
  • During busy periods, processing can take up to 7 extra business days.

What are your delivery times?

  • United States - 8–12 business days
  • Australia - 8–12 business days
  • International - 8–30 business days

    Heads up: These are estimates only. Couriers, customs, weather, and flight schedules can all affect the final delivery date.

Where do you ship to?

  • We ship to most countries worldwide. A small number of regions have delivery restrictions if you're unsure about yours, email hello@thecottonliving.com or use our contact form and we'll confirm before you order.

Where do orders ship from?

  • We're a US-based brand. To keep delivery times down during busy periods, the majority of orders go out from our overseas fulfilment partners.

How do I track my order?

  • A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships.
  • If nothing arrives or the number won't update, get in touch at hello@thecottonliving.com and we'll sort it out.

Could I be charged customs or duties?

  • Some international orders pick up import taxes or customs fees on arrival. It's uncommon, but when it happens those charges fall to the recipient. Checking with your local customs office beforehand is the safest bet.

I entered the wrong address can it be fixed?

  • Please double-check your shipping and billing details before you pay. We can't take responsibility for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If the mistake was on our side, we'll cover a replacement in full.

My tracking says delivered, but there's no package. Now what?

  • Start by checking around porch, lobby, mailroom, and with neighbors who may have taken it in for you.
  • Give it 1–2 business days, as carriers sometimes attempt redelivery.
  • Still missing? File a claim with your courier using your tracking number, then forward their reply to hello@thecottonliving.com and we'll take it from there.
  • For packages confirmed delivered to the address provided, we're unable to take responsibility so for valuable orders, insured or expedited shipping is worth considering.
  • If tracking goes quiet for 20 days straight, we treat the order as lost in transit and will arrange a replacement.
