At The Cotton Living, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. We offer a 30-day return window, which begins from the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
All returns must be pre-approved before being sent back. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thecottonliving.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Once reviewed, our team will notify you via email whether your return has been approved. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization along with detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please ensure that the item is shipped and received within the 30-day return period, as returns received outside this window may not be accepted. Any items sent back without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
Returned items must be in their original packaging. If an item is returned without its original packaging, it may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 70% of the product value. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
We also offer a 100-night guarantee for added peace of mind. If your product tears or splits during normal use within the first 100 nights, we will replace it with a brand-new item at no cost to you. This guarantee applies to manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions and does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery by emailing hello@thecottonliving.com and including clear photographic evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, and we will prioritize expedited shipping where possible.
For returns initiated due to customer preference, such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not charge any restocking fees; however, refunds will only apply to the cost of the returned item. Original shipping charges, expedited processing fees, and any shipping insurance costs are non-refundable.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2–4 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
