Will this pillow sleep hot like other memory foam?
No. Standard memory foam traps heat because it's dense and petroleum-based. Ours is soy-infused for better airflow, and the TENCEL™ Lyocell cover actively wicks moisture away, so it stays cool through the night.
Should I choose Soft or Firm?
Go Soft if you sleep on your stomach or back you want a lower loft that keeps your neck aligned. Choose Firm if you're a side sleeper, since you need more height to fill the gap between your shoulder and head.
How do I wash it?
Unzip and remove the TENCEL™ cover, then machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Never wash or soak the foam core spot clean it with a damp cloth and let it air dry fully.
Will my regular pillowcase fit?
Yes. Queen fits a standard/queen pillowcase and King fits a king pillowcase. If you want something that matches the cover's cool feel, our Silk Pillowcase pairs well with it.
Is there a new-foam smell when I unbox it?
There may be a faint scent when you first open it, which is completely normal for foam. Leave it out in a ventilated room for a few hours and it disappears on its own.
Will it flatten out over time?
It shouldn't. Unlike down or fibre-fill that clumps and goes flat, memory foam recovers its shape after every use. You won't need to fluff or replace it every year.
